"A friend recommended the Alexander Technique (AT) to me as a potential way to help my speech in presentations and interviews. With Paula's expert guidance I learnt some key AT principles. Like breaking any bad habit, awareness is key, and I found these principles really could help me to reduce my slight stammer if I consciously reminded myself of them and how relieving and energising the effects are.
