Kundalini Yoga Classes

1) Kundalini Yoga Kentish Town - Every Wednesday

Next class will be on Wednesday 21st August: Heart Connection
Venue: 3 Holmes Road, Kentish Town, NW5 3AA

Time: 7.00 to 8.30pm

As the late summer bank holiday approaches, this is a perfect time to deeply open ourselves with the Heart Connection kriya. This beautiful kriya has sublime effects, helping us to open, clear away the dross and fall into the softest heart meditation. All kriyas are a gift, and the gift this one gives is a warming cup of tea for the heart.

All levels welcome. You will need to bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket.

Cost: £10 (£7 concessions)

2) Joy Yoga Dalston - Ease of Alignment Kundalini Yoga Class Every Friday

Venue: Joy Yoga, 27D Dalston Lane, Dalston E8 3DF

Time: 3.00 to 4.30pm on Fridays

Ease of Alignment Class
These classes focus on bringing awareness of an easy balanced alignment during yoga practice, learning ways to come into yoga postures with minimum effort and without the undue strain which often creates unhelpful tension. Each week will focus on a specific body region with an extended set of mindful warm ups to open and balance that particular area, followed by a short kriya to put this new postural ease into practice. These classes would be equally suitable for those with a specific area of difficulty as well as those who wish to find greater ease of alignment in their practice of Kundalini Yoga. As a fully experienced Alexander Technique teacher I offer individual ‘hands on’ guidance during the warm up time for those who would like it.
